CNN —Three flight attendants are winning praise for successfully defusing a physical fight between two passengers on board an EVA Air flight. That’s when three female flight attendants stepped in to handle the situation, says EVA. “The company has always adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards incidents of passenger nuisance,” EVA told CNN in the statement. Following the incident, EVA publicly expressed its “sincere gratitude” to its employees and vowed to look into the incident further. That same year, EVA reversed its policy of only hiring women as flight attendants and said it would hire men as cabin crew members too.

Enough already: It is time to unleash Dark Brandon on this soul-sucking downer of a presidential race. And the most obvious place to begin is to invite him to the State of the Union address. This is a big moment for Mr. Biden. When he steps behind the lectern, the president needs to slap on those aviators and start throwing some strategic punches. No one wants the man to start a fistfight on the House floor wearing sunglasses.

More recently, however, Musk’s ambitions have come a bit closer to earth and become far more concrete. There are many world leaders who hold extreme or far-right views, of course. Musk’s outbursts that contradict widely held international norms and values are meant for a specific internet audience that Musk mistakes for being representative of the wider world.

CNN —A Colorado judge has ruled that former President Donald Trump “engaged in an insurrection” on January 6, 2021, but rejected an attempt to remove him from the state’s 2024 primary ballot, finding that the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban” doesn’t apply to presidents. ‘Trump engaged in an insurrection’In her ruling, Wallace agreed with almost everything that the challengers argued, except on the critical question of whether a president can be disqualified by the 14th Amendment. The group said it would file an appeal “shortly” to the Colorado Supreme Court, and hailed Wallace’s finding that Trump engaged in insurrection. “We’re respectful that the judge made the right decision,” Gessler said on “The Source.” “I understand she threw a lot of shade on President Trump, and we’re not happy about that. “It says Trump engaged in insurrection but can appear on the ballot anyway.

It's the latest in Congress' centuries of history moonlighting as a sporadic fight club. Breaking with "Fight Club's" first two rules, though, no one in Congress is keeping it a secret. AdvertisementWhat started as a quiet day on Capitol Hill quickly led to Congress devolving into a lame version of "Fight Club." You're pathetic man, you are so pathetic," Burchett reportedly told McCarthy. Around a half-hour later, Burchett told a separate reporter he could "still feel it" after taking a "clean shot to the kidney."

Mr. Trump’s election lies spread like wildfire in Michigan, breaking the state party into ardent believers and pragmatists wanting to move on. Bitter disputes, power struggles and contentious primaries followed, leaving the Michigan Republican Party a husk of itself. I’ve been fascinated with film music since elementary school, when I got a cassette tape called “Kid Stuff: An Afternoon at the Movies,” which featured Mr. Williams and the Boston Pops. No one exemplifies this better than Mr. Williams, who is still composing at 91. Mr. Williams accomplished this by inviting the trumpet section of the London Symphony Orchestra to blast away in its most piercing register. As he has with other cues, Mr. Williams has given this particular set piece an afterlife in concert performances. Keep your eyes shut!” Maybe then we’ll stop passively hearing film music and begin actively listening to it.

Ukrainian and Russian officials got into a physical altercation at a conference in Turkey. The most heated incident happened after a Russian official ripped a Ukrainian flag from a holster. In one video from the conference, an apparent Russian official rips a Ukrainian flag from a holster, and the Ukrainian parliament member Oleksandr Marikovski chases him down, initiating a brief fistfight. In the video, Marikovski lands a punch on the Russian official and corners him, retrieving the flag before the two are quickly separated by security staff. An earlier video shows officials from the two camps verbally clashing and pushing each other as Russia's Ola Timofeeva speaks during the conference.
